Environmental Law & Compliance: Cambodia and Comparative Perspectives
This seminar provides an integrated overview of Cambodia’s environmental legal framework alongside comparative and international perspectives. Participants will gain insights into recent legal developments, institutional roles, regulatory approaches, and the evolving responsibilities of private actors in addressing environmental and climate-related challenges.
Through expert presentations and discussion, the seminar will explore issues of corporate accountability, human rights implications, and emerging climate-related standards—offering students a strong conceptual and legal foundation for understanding environmental governance in practice.
